All our thermoplastic chemical storage tanks & vessels provide a true alternative to traditional lined metal vessels for the storage and processing of corrosive solutions. These tanks are designed and fabricated as per BS 4994/IS 10661. These tanks are widely used the storage of acids, alkalies and corrosive chemicals.

A storage tank is a container, usually for holding liquids, sometimes for compressed gases (gas tank). The term can be used for reservoirs (artificial lakes and ponds), and for manufactured containers. Storage tanks are often cylindrical in shape, perpendicular to the ground with flat bottoms, and a fixed or floating roof.

FRP Filter are designed with deep-bed depth for in-depth filtration to ensure a most efficient filtration, capturing dirts and filth. Deep Bed Multimedia filters are made of the highest grade of fiberglass composite materials with smooth surfaced inner shell(PE) and filament wound on the outside.

FRP floorings are done to avoid water seepage into the concrete surfaces, therefore damaging the strength of the surface. Similarly FRP lining is done to avoid corrosion of many surfaces, like in Industrial applications, where there is high proximity for chemical corrosion apart from the natural environmental corrosion.

FLIPPER Tank are made by computerized filament winding process. In the process, continuous strand glass or roving is then pulled through guides, injected with resin and guided onto a rotating mandrel in a specific helical and hoop pattern.
